This N98000282 spherical nut set is a matched fastener assembly for the tramp release cylinder (tramp cylinder) of Metso HP6 cone crusher.
The tramp release cylinder serves as the overload protection component of HP6 crusher, which releases pressure automatically when uncrushable material enters the crushing cavity. This spherical nut set is installed on the end of tramp cylinder, used to fasten and seal the cylinder assembly.
Manufactured with high-strength alloy steel and precisely machined to OEM drawing standards. The spherical design can compensate minor angular deviation under heavy load and shock conditions, avoiding thread seizure. It is a required replacement part during tramp cylinder overhaul and maintenance, direct replacement for original OEM part.
